The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and easy. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed — from high-speed Wi-Fi to a cozy bed and modern bathroom. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the common areas to the prompt room service, showed that the hotel takes pride in offering top-notch hospitality. The location was also perfect — conveniently close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, relaxing, and pleasant place to stay. Thank you to the entire team at Springhill Suites for making my trip so enjoyable!

I travelled with my partner and my sister so I booked a room with a partition and sofa bed for a little more privacy and requested the sofa bed to have lining on when I booked and it did. The room was spacious and clean. The ambience of the hotel was delightful. The decor was trendy, stylish and looked very eco friendly. All of the staff were helpful, polite and friendly especially William at breakfast he was so attentive. A wonderful choice of breakfast which was replenished regularly so always looked appetising and hot. 10 out of 10 to this wonderful hotel. We can’t wait to visit again.

This was an amazing hotel at a great location. I actually liked that it was a block or so off Main Street, because we got the proximity to all the great restaurants etc without all the noise! The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing- hot eggs, waffles and sausage. We chose to park in the parking deck across the street because it was much cheaper, but there is also valet parking available. This was perfect for our stay, and we would definitely stay there again!

The location was within walking distance of Main Streets restaurants and Reedy Falls, the property is beautiful, staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast is the best we’ve ever experienced in terms of the quality and variety of food, the staff and space. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing lacking was the in room coffee but the coffee in the breakfast area more than made up for it. Lastly, we felt safe in this property/area.
